1. Statutory right of withdrawal: 14 days

As a consumer, you may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. For several goods delivered separately, the period starts after receipt of the last item.

Tell us unambiguously before the period expires by emailing info@dailybear.be or using the model form below. Send the goods back no later than 14 days after your notice to: Van Deynsestraat 123, 2100 Deurne, België. You bear the direct return cost, unless we agreed otherwise.

We refund all payments received for the withdrawn purchase, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery, within 14 days after your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of return, whichever comes first. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. You are only liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Sealed goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons when their seal was broken after delivery. We apply this exception only where its legal conditions are actually met; merely opening an ordinary outer shipping box is not enough.

2. Voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee for defective or incorrect products

In addition to your statutory rights, Daily Bear offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee when a pouch is delivered defective or damaged, its seal was already broken on delivery, or you received the wrong product. Send your request within 30 calendar days after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. This voluntary guarantee applies only when no gummies from the pouch have been consumed. Once gummies have been consumed, this voluntary guarantee no longer applies. It does not cover a change of mind, taste preference, misuse, normal consumption or products not purchased directly from Daily Bear. We may ask you to return the pouch and its contents; if so, we provide instructions and cover the reasonable return cost for an approved defective or incorrect product claim. Upon approval, we refund the purchase price of the affected pouch. This voluntary guarantee never restricts your statutory right of withdrawal or legal conformity guarantee. If opening the pouch was reasonably necessary to discover a defect, your statutory rights remain fully applicable.

3. Legal conformity guarantee

For consumer goods, the Belgian legal conformity guarantee generally applies for two years from delivery. If a product is defective, damaged or not as agreed, contact us promptly with your order number and useful evidence. Your statutory remedies remain fully applicable.

4. Incorrect or damaged order

Email us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours for visible transport damage, with photos of the parcel, shipping label and product. The 48-hour request helps our investigation but does not shorten statutory rights.
